Find a new home quickly or aren't we a match? If you cancel your subscription within 7 days, you’re not bound to anything! Even after that, you can cancel your premium account monthly. If you cancel within the month your subscription is active (even on the last day), no charges will be applied for the following month.
If we have already collected the monthly fee, we will refund the overpaid amount to your bank account within 14 days of cancellation.
Enjoying the premium account and not finished with your home search? After 7 days, your subscription will start automatically, and you don't need to do anything. From then on, a monthly subscription fee of €29.95 will be automatically deducted from your specified bank account.

Have you had a premium account with Huurwoningen.nl before and are signing up again within a year? Please note that you are not entitled to another free trial period, as you are already familiar with our services. However, you can still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal in this case.
