You can create an account at Huurwoningen by signing up via the website. The account is created after we have confirmed your registration via the provided email address. Click here to create a (free) account.
To gain full access to a property's information and to contact the respective landlord or real estate agent, you need to sign up for a Premium account. You will also receive instant notifications when a property matching your preferences is listed on our website, and you'll get insight into the number of responses to each listing. Click here to subscribe to a Premium account.
You can easily do this via the website! Go to My Subscription in your account and click on Start your Premium account.
It is possible that you completed the IBAN verification, but your Premium account was not activated. In this case, the €0.01 payment will be automatically refunded to you. We advice you to go through the process again.
The trial period lasts 7 days. The Premium account will automatically start afterwards, unless you decide to cancel within the trial period.
The first 7 days, you can use Huurwoningen for free. After these 7 days, your account will automatically transition to a Premium account, and a fee of €29.95 per month will be charged.
Go to My Profile in your account. Here, you can edit your first name, last name, and phone number.
If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by clicking on Forgot password? during the login process. After entering your email address, you will receive an email with a verification code to create a new password. Please note! The code is only valid for 15 minutes and you must enter the code on the same page where you requested it, so make sure not to close this page.

In every email you receive from us, you will find an option at the bottom to unsubscribe from our emails. Are you receiving email notifications about properties that do not match your preferences? Refine your search via this page. Please note that you cannot modify an existing search; you will need to create a new search instead.
Huurwoningen is not a real estate agent or landlord. The properties listed on our website are advertised by real estate agents or private landlords. Additionally, some listings come from external real estate websites. To access contact details or respond to a listing, you need a Premium account. Click here to create a Premium account.

We encourage agents and landlords to reply to messages, but we cannot guarantee that every inquiry will receive a response. If a phone number is listed in the advertisement, we recommend calling the landlord or real estate agent directly for a quicker response.
To create a search, you need to search for properties and then click on Save search. You can find this button at the top of the page.
First, make sure you have set up search alerts. You can find them in your account under the Saved searches section. It's also possible that no properties have been listed on our website that match your search criteria. If you have set up search alerts and there are properties listed that meet your criteria, check if they have ended up in your spam folder. If not, please contact us.
Yes, you definitely can! However, this cannot be done in one search query, as it would be too confusing. We recommend creating a new search for each combination.
You can view and delete your search alerts using the Saved searches button at the top right of the page. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit a search alert.
It's unfortunate that the advertisement contains incorrect information. To maintain the quality of our website, we kindly ask you to report this to us. You can do so via the Tell us button on the right side of the listing, where you can specify the incorrect information. You can also contact us directly at info@huurwoningen.nl. We will do our best to process your report as quickly as possible.
We do everything we can to verify the authenticity of all listings on our website. If you come across a suspicious property listing, please don’t hesitate to report it by sending an email to info@huurwoningen.nl. If you have a Premium subscription, you pay €29.95 per month. Your Premium subscription will automatically be renewed every month, until you cancel it. This means we charge €29.95 per month, even if you don’t use your account. Please make sure to cancel your Premium subscription on time, as this is your own responsibility.
If you have canceled your Premium subscription, it will be terminated at the end of the current subscription month. This means that after canceling your Premium account, a final payment may still be charged. This charge covers the use of your Premium account during the current (and last) subscription month. The cancellation confirmation will specify until when you can continue using your subscription.
When creating a Premium account, we always ask you to complete an IBAN verification. This is to ensure that you are the one who wants to activate the subscription. If you have any questions or believe something is incorrect, we recommend contacting our customer service. They can look into this for you.
A failed payment can occur due to insufficient funds or a collection block on your account. When a collection cannot be processed, we receive a notification from your bank. The invoice will then be marked as unpaid. As a result, you will receive payment reminders. You must then make the payment within the specified term.
Yes, you definitely can. Log in to your account and go to My subscription → Manage subscription → Billing methods → Add new.
You will receive an invoice if the payment could not be processed or if you reversed the payment yourself. In that case, the payment is still outstanding. To settle this outstanding payment, you will receive an invoice by email, including a payment link and a due date. You can also make the payment through your account by logging in and navigating to My Subscription → Manage Subscription → Invoice History.
For each payment that could not be deducted or that you have reversed yourself, you will receive an invoice. Therefore, it is possible that you may receive multiple invoices from us. This means that there are outstanding payments for multiple subscription months. You can view the invoices through the email you received. In this email, you will also find a payment link and the due date for the payment.
You can find your invoices in your account. Go to My Subscription → Manage Subscription → Invoice History. Here, you can also check if you have any outstanding payments.
If we do not receive your payment(s) within the specified payment term after several reminders have been sent, we are authorized to transfer the outstanding invoices to a debt collection agency. You can also find this information in the final payment reminder you received from us. Once the outstanding invoices have been handed over, you will need to make the payment through PayQ Incasso. Please note that additional collection fees may apply.
